To further enrich employees’ cultural and sports life, enhance their physical fitness, and strengthen team cohesion, guiding all cadres and employees to dedicate themselves to the Group’s high-quality development in 2026 with greater enthusiasm and stronger physique, the “China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Cup” 2026 Spring Health Run and the 15th Annual Employee Long-Distance Running Competition kicked off on April 23 at Rainbow Lake Park in Jinan. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
At the competition site, a gentle spring breeze blew, colorful flags fluttered, and the participants lined up neatly, ready to start. The resounding slogan, “One family, one heart, working together, we will succeed!” echoed along the lakeside, showcasing the high morale and passionate spirit of the Heavy Duty Truck employees. With the sound of the starting gun, the runners sprinted amidst cheers and encouragement, their agile figures becoming the most beautiful sight on the spring lakeside.
This competition was not only a vivid practice of enriching employees’ spiritual and cultural life and improving their physical fitness, but also an important vehicle for uniting the team and boosting morale for undertaking initiatives and starting businesses. The participating athletes expressed their determination to compete with style and skill, transforming their fighting spirit, enterprising attitude, and teamwork into a powerful driving force for dedication and responsibility in their work. They pledged to accelerate Sinotruk’s progress and create new glories on the new track of new energy transformation, market breakthroughs, digital and intelligent upgrades, and high-quality development, fully demonstrating the unyielding, pioneering, and striving spirit and immense power of Sinotruk employees.
This competition included men’s and women’s individual events, as well as team fun activities such as “Working Together” and “Unbreakable Torch.” A total of 28 teams and over 200 employees enthusiastically participated. After fierce competition, the top 8 in each men’s individual event, women’s individual event, and mixed team event, as well as 8 outstanding organizing units, were selected.
To continuously care for the physical and mental health of its employees, the “China National Heavy Duty Truck Cup” 2026 Employee Sports Meet will be held from April to September. The event features a wide variety of competitions, including field events such as high jump, long jump, and shot put; track events such as long-distance running and sprinting; ball sports such as basketball, football, badminton, and table tennis; intellectual competitions such as Go and chess; and mass fitness activities such as tug-of-war. The event aims to comprehensively meet the sports needs of employees, making the motto “Working at China National Heavy Duty Truck, Happiness at China National Heavy Duty Truck” tangible and visible, and allowing every employee to truly feel the care and warmth of the China National Heavy Duty Truck family.
