Skills shape the future, craftsmanship forges dreams. Recently, the first Sinotruk Global “Elite Instructor” Skills Competition successfully concluded at the Sinotruk Global Marketing and Service Training Center. This competition, focusing on the core competencies of trainers, not only provided a high-quality platform for global trainers to showcase their professional talents and hone their teaching skills, but also injected strong momentum into the high-quality development of Sinotruk’s overseas markets through its effective “learning through competition and skills enhancement.”

The competition officially launched on September 3rd and consisted of three levels: preliminary rounds, regional competitions, and the final. The preliminary rounds attracted over 300 participants, conducting professional theoretical tests covering core areas such as vehicle electrical systems, engines, transmissions, axles, and chassis braking to comprehensively assess their knowledge. In the regional competitions, over 100 finalists focused on the mechanical and electrical tracks, showcasing their strengths. Ultimately, 21 foreign trainers and 10 internal trainers advanced to the finals. The finals adopted a dual-track model of “hands-on disassembly and assembly + theoretical lectures,” allowing participants to break through their limitations in the transformation of theory and practice, fully demonstrating the outstanding qualities of “elite instructors.”

A panel of technical experts conducted professional evaluations based on core dimensions such as the depth of theoretical lectures, the accuracy of troubleshooting, and the persuasiveness of on-site presentations. Finally, in three tracks—mechanical track for foreign trainers, electrical track for foreign trainers, and internal trainer track—three first-prize winners, six second-prize winners, and nine third-prize winners were selected. This prestigious honor is not only a high recognition of the participants’ professional abilities but also a vivid testament to the solid construction of Sinotruk’s training system and its empowerment of talent development.

The successful hosting of this competition has provided a platform for overseas trainers to exchange ideas, improved the team’s teaching level, and effectively promoted the transformation of the company’s technological advantages into market advantages. In the future, Sinotruk Howo will take this competition as an opportunity to continuously strengthen the development of its trainer team, cultivate dedication, and contribute to the high-quality development of overseas markets.
