Liu Zhengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, also attended and delivered a speech.
The China National Heavy Duty Truck Group’s Integrity Culture Plaza is a new platform for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group’s distinctive integrity culture, meticulously crafted in accordance with the directives of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on comprehensively building a clean Shandong and clean state-owned enterprises. It closely integrates the company’s specific needs and meticulously crafts a new platform for its integrity culture. The square deeply integrates the culture of integrity with the company’s production and operations. Adapting to local conditions, it features features such as the “Integrity Road,” the “Clean Breeze Corridor,” and the “Integrity Pond,” fostering a strong atmosphere of “everywhere, every moment, every thought of integrity,” ensuring that the culture of integrity truly reaches employees and becomes a rite of passage.
At the command, the first members of the 12 participating teams quickly stepped onto the integrity track, relaying their unwavering faith in victory. The resounding cheers from the crowd fully demonstrated the passion and fighting spirit of the Sinotruk employees, who “never slack off, always stay at the forefront, and always strive for first place.”
Liu Zhengtao stated that Sinotruk’s 95-year achievements are inseparable from the guiding culture, the guarantee of integrity, and the concerted efforts of all Sinotruk employees. The Integrity Culture Square is not only a distinctive symbol of “Integrity Sinotruk” but also a “spiritual home” for all employees. After fierce competition, the competition ultimately selected the champion, runner-up, and third-place teams.
