To further promote the implementation of Shandong Heavy Industry Group’s “113X” corporate culture system, fully leverage the cohesiveness and leadership of corporate culture, and gather tremendous momentum for decisive victory in the fourth quarter, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group held a corporate culture-themed presentation competition titled “Culture Unites Strength, Working Together” on the afternoon of October 10th.
At the finals, contestants from 12 units drew inspiration from their companies’ development achievements and focused on the everyday employees working on the front lines. Focusing on R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service, and other systems and fronts, they shared moving stories of dedicated work and hard work, vividly illustrating the rich connotations of corporate culture.
After intense competition and rigorous judging, the competition awarded two first prizes, four second prizes, and six third prizes. This competition fully demonstrated the pragmatic, innovative, and passionate spirit of our employees, inspiring all cadres and employees to draw strength from our corporate culture. With the high-spirited spirit of “never slacking off, always staying at the forefront, and striving for excellence,” and the unwavering conviction of “working together as one family, united in purpose, and determined to succeed,” we will go all out to sprint through the fourth quarter, unwaveringly completing all goals and tasks, and further contributing to building a world-class, full-line commercial vehicle group.
