On October 27, the Party Committee of Sinotruk Group held a meeting to convey and study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. On November 3, Shandong Heavy Industry Group held a centralized study and discussion session for its Party Committee Theoretical Learning Center Group to deeply study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Wang Zhijian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, conveyed the spirit of the plenary session.

The meeting pointed out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee was a very important meeting held on a new journey toward the second centenary goal. Party organizations at all levels within the Group must earnestly grasp the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, meticulously organize and solidly promote it with a high sense of political responsibility, and ensure comprehensive, systematic, continuous, and in-depth learning, linking it with reality, so as to effectively guide and promote the high-quality development of the Group with the spirit of the plenary session.
The meeting emphasized the need to thoroughly study and align with the “Suggestions of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development” adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and to carefully prepare the Group’s “15th Five-Year Plan.” We will adhere to strengthening our foundation and upgrading our operations, benchmarking against world-class standards, optimizing and enhancing the core competitiveness of our existing businesses, expanding the incremental space of the industrial chain, maintaining steady growth in our core business, and moving towards high-end markets. We will persist in innovation and transformation, cultivating and expanding emerging and future industries, empowering high-end equipment with new energy and digital intelligence, and reshaping the industrial ecosystem and operating model. We will uphold global openness, deepening our global market layout and expanding strategic market growth through high-level opening-up. All cadres and employees at all levels of the Group must maintain their passion, improve their skills, and innovate, promoting strategic transformation and implementation with stronger leadership, combat effectiveness, and execution.
