On January 15th, the Shandong Heavy Industry Group held its 2026 Annual Work Conference in Weifang. The conference reviewed and summarized the 2025 operating performance, analyzed the internal and external situation, and systematically deployed the “15th Five-Year Plan” development strategy and key tasks for 2026. The conference commended advanced units, pioneering teams, and corporate culture stars for 2025, released the seventh major business segment—power energy, and signed the 2026 operating target responsibility agreement. Wang Zhijian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, delivered a speech entitled “A New Starting Point, A New Journey, A New Leap Forward: Striving Towards the Vision of Building a World-Class Enterprise.” Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director, presided over the meeting.
In 2025, Shandong Heavy Industry Group seized opportunities from industry structural growth and export markets, effectively responded to the challenges of domestic and international market competition, and delivered a high-quality development report card. The group achieved operating revenue of 604.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%. The company’s operational efficiency continued to improve, its market competitiveness significantly strengthened, its export business layout was comprehensively deepened, its overseas industrial development was stable and improved, and its strategic transformation and upgrading gained momentum.

Wang Zhijian pointed out that, looking ahead to 2030, the group will take “Empowering Equipment for a Better Future with Technology” as its mission, comprehensively accelerate its strategic transformation towards green development, globalization, digitalization, and ecological sustainability, and expedite the construction of a world-class, technologically advanced, green-developing, and high-end equipment multinational group. We must measure our future success against “four world-class standards”:
