To inherit and promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, and further enhance cohesion and centripetal force, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) held a Lantern Festival themed event, “Joyful Lantern Festival and Happy Reunion,” on March 3rd. Employees enjoyed activities such as guessing lantern riddles, appreciating intangible cultural heritage, playing games, and winning prizes, experiencing the strong atmosphere of “Working at CNHTC, Happiness at CNHTC” amidst laughter and joy.
The event venue was brightly lit and bustling with activity. In the interactive game area, games like “Lucky Circle,” “Good Fortune,” and “Instant Success” were full of fun and laughter. In the lantern riddle area, employees were either deep in thought or engaged in lively discussions, experiencing the charm of traditional culture through intellectually stimulating interaction. In the lantern making area, everyone folded, pieced together, and pasted, creating uniquely shaped and auspicious lanterns. In the glutinous rice ball making activity, kneading dough, wrapping fillings, and rolling them into balls, the soft and sticky glutinous rice wrapped around the sweet fillings also symbolized the happiness and reunion of CNHTC employees.
This event not only allowed employees to experience the cultural charm of traditional festivals but also strengthened team cohesion and inspired enthusiasm for work. Everyone expressed their determination to transform the warmth of the festival into passion for their work, focusing on the goals for the start of the “15th Five-Year Plan,” and dedicating themselves to the Group’s high-quality development with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach, contributing wisdom and strength to the company’s new journey.
During the Lantern Festival, various secondary units of the Group organized diverse and enriching activities in conjunction with production and operations, conveying care to every position and every employee, and uniting the team’s collective strength of “one family, one heart, working together, and achieving success.”
