Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Labor Union of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and Xiao Yaomeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shandong Gold Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
