In recent days, the daily output of integrated gearboxes has been steadily increasing. To further release capacity, the Jinan Gearbox Plant efficiently integrated the lean production processes of assembly lines A and B, optimized the daily output analysis mechanism, and built a “list-based” management model. At the same time, it vigorously carried out special incentive activities such as production ramp-up and labor competitions to ensure high-quality order delivery.

In the fourth quarter, Sinotruk established a task force of key technical staff to tackle key issues from multiple aspects, including process optimization, technical management, production planning, and standard operating procedures. They compiled a grid-based problem list, developed solutions, and strengthened quality management. Through activities such as quality awareness conferences, quality innovation initiatives, and “My Process, My Responsibility” quality award meetings, they comprehensively enhanced employees’ awareness of quality in their roles, driving overall quality improvement across the company through job-specific quality initiatives.

Sinotruk Activates Energy, Shaping a Digital and Intelligent “Innovation Core”

In terms of improving quality and efficiency, Sinotruk relies on its digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading. Each production line utilizes a newly built big data platform, digital work order system, and visual error prevention system to promptly understand the production progress of various products, achieving “data sharing, information sharing, cost joint control, and quality joint management.” The gear train’s sub-shaft assembly team independently implemented AGV transfer via the Cascafé automated unit, improving transfer efficiency by 25%; the assembly line A sub-box team optimized 200 AGV receiving and avoidance routes, improving efficiency by 90%.
