Recently, Sinotruk and its Kenyan distributor, PRINTAN LIMITED, jointly held the launch event for the 2025 HOWO-MAX truck series in Kenya. Approximately 250 people, including representatives from Kenyan logistics companies, financial institutions, and various media outlets, attended the event.
At the event, Sinotruk officially launched the HOWO-MAX tractor truck, showcasing its features and benefits, and offering attendees a test drive. The truck features a 480-horsepower engine and a 16-speed automatic transmission, making it suitable for various road conditions and transportation needs in Kenya, particularly for industries such as industrial materials, consumer goods, and container transport. In addition, Sinotruk displayed its other best-selling models in the Kenyan market, including the HOWO-NX tractor truck, HOWO-NX dump truck, HOWO-TX tractor truck, HOWO-TX dump truck, and HOWO-H2 and HOWO-H3 light trucks, covering a wide range of transportation needs.
Key customer representatives were invited to the event, and a purchase agreement for 35 HOWO-MAX tractor trucks was signed, demonstrating their confidence in Sinotruk’s products and services. Representatives from IAM Bank, EQUITY Bank, and NCBA Bank were also present, signing financing agreements and outlining favorable financing policies for Sinotruk customers.
Five TV stations, four radio stations, three newspapers, and 18 online media outlets covered the HOWO-MAX launch event. The successful event marks another milestone for Sinotruk’s product expansion in the Kenyan market. Looking ahead, Sinotruk will continue to actively implement the Belt and Road Initiative, providing customers with more advanced products and better services.
