To thoroughly implement Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and closely align with the strategic deployments of the Party Committee and the higher-level Youth League Committee of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), CNHTC held a three-day training course for Youth League cadres, the fourth phase of the “Young Marxist Cultivation Project,” at the Shandong Provincial Youth League School from November 19th to 21st, 2025. This training is a key measure for CNHTC to strengthen its young talent pool for long-term development, marking a significant step forward in CNHTC’s systematic cultivation of young political leaders and promoting the synergy between youth work and CNHTC’s business development.
At the grand opening ceremony, CNHTC leaders attended and delivered an important mobilization speech. This training curriculum for CNHTC was meticulously designed, closely aligned with CNHTC’s strategic development plan and the needs of its young employees. The curriculum covers three core modules: “Deepening Political Theory,” “Practical Work of Youth League Members,” and “Innovative Practical Exploration.” The political theory course provides an in-depth interpretation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, aiming to guide CNHTC’s young backbone to deeply understand the Party’s innovative theories, thereby more consciously strengthening their “Four Consciousnesses,” firming up their “Four Confidences,” and achieving “Two Upholds.” The course on practical work within the Communist Youth League focuses on the standardization and innovation of its work, aiming to enhance the professional capabilities of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) Youth League cadres in serving CNHTC’s central tasks, overall development, and uniting its youth. The innovative practice module directly addresses CNHTC’s future, encouraging young people to contribute their ideas and suggestions on technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing, market expansion, and management optimization, integrating their youthful wisdom into CNHTC’s development blueprint.
In addition to traditional classroom lectures, this CNHTC training program innovatively incorporated on-site Party spirit education and several thematic exchange and discussion activities. Through immersive on-site learning, CNHTC’s young core members received a profound spiritual baptism, further solidifying their foundation of faith. During the thematic seminar, youth league cadres and young political leaders from different fronts of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), including R&D, production, and marketing, engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on cutting-edge topics such as “How can the work of the Communist Youth League more effectively serve the enhancement of CNHTC’s core competitiveness” and “How can CNHTC youth take the lead in the development of ‘new quality productivity’?” They shared valuable experiences accumulated at CNHTC, drawing on their own work practices, and achieved mutual inspiration and progress.
At the training graduation ceremony, representatives of the fourth “Young Marxist Training Program” delivered passionate and determined speeches. The trainees unanimously expressed that they would take this learning experience at CNHTC as a new starting point for their lives and careers, and dedicate all the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they gained to serving and building CNHTC. They vowed to continuously hone their skills and abilities on this great platform provided by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), striving to grow into young Marxists loyal to the Party and capable of shouldering heavy responsibilities, becoming a reliable and dependable backbone for CNHTC’s future development, and never failing the careful cultivation and high expectations of CNHTC.
This 2025 training course for CNHTC’s Youth League cadres and “Young Marxist Project” received strong support from the Shandong Provincial Youth League School and was organized collaboratively by relevant functional departments of CNHTC. More than 60 people, including leaders of CNHTC’s Youth League organizations at all levels and young political backbone members, participated throughout the course.
