On January 28, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and Haier Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Qingdao. Wang Zhijian, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and Zhou Yunjie, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board, and CEO of Haier Group, held discussions and witnessed the signing. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and Zhao Yanfeng, Vice President of Haier Group, General Manager of Haier Group’s Government and Enterprise Affairs, and General Manager of Haier Smart Home China, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages in the real economy, focusing on further deepening strategic cooperation in areas such as logistics supply chain, smart zero-carbon industrial parks, industrial internet, automotive comfort cabins, and power energy. They will conduct joint creation across the entire industry and all scenarios, accelerate the construction of world-class enterprises, and jointly lead the industry’s transformation and development.
