He has successively overcome the technical problems of vehicle dynamics, fuel economy, lightweighting and performance integration, led the prediction and optimization technology of commercial vehicle smoothness performance, and solved the problem of integrated design and optimization of combustion system parameters of internal combustion engine; in promoting the new generation of Yellow River mainline logistics tractors, he has realized the mechanical efficiency of the power transmission chain of the whole powertrain as high as 93.6%, and the wind resistance coefficient of heavy-duty trucks is as low as 0.286%. The company has developed intelligent networked chassis wire control technology, realized remote intelligent operation control supervision of heavy trucks and the world’s first batch of driverless container trucks in large-scale operation. Under the support of national major research and development program, he led the team to overcome the development of high strength QT700 cast iron materials and lightweight frame technology, etc., to achieve the National VI emissions production 6 × 4 heavy trucks with a total mass of less than 7.8 tons, reaching the international advanced level.
